This extensive research project led to the manufacturing and production of natural and effective skin care products offering remarkable beauty and healing results. Each product is designed to significantly enhance beauty and healing, while also eliminating accumulated toxins built up during metabolism.
Our History
From Amjad, our founder:
In 1998, a friend of mine, Paul, visited me in Atlanta, Georgia after his tour to Europe. He brought me a 1-oz. bottle of ozonated olive oil that he had purchased in Germany at a high cost. The description in the bottle’s brochure claimed it was a “great product for healing acute injury, bruises, joint pain, burns, gum disease, colds, anti-bacteria, anti-virus, anti-fungus…” and ended with “…first aid for families, especially for mothers to keep in their purses in the case that their kids hurt themselves and may need it at any moment.”
This product motivated me as a chemist (PhD) to do research in different journals and symposiums all over the world to understand how valid the claim was. After almost a month of digging up published research journals and gathering enormous articles, I noticed that most of the researchers lived in Europe, Cuba, Russia, and Canada, and only a few lived in the U.S. Further research revealed that hardly any people living in the U.S. were aware of these kinds of products. This intrigued me, and I decided to set up my own line of products for health and beauty using different oils. This is when Paul and I established Aurora Health, Inc.
During testing, we noticed that the German product that Paul had given me was similar to a jell or salve. After analyzing it further, we noticed that some parts of the product were polymerized. The idea struck me to look deeply at molecular changes under different criteria of ozonation. The result of my research and development led me to design a glass reactor that could produce with medical grade ozone, no metal touch. This kind of reaction is carried out over a long period of time. Our process is opposite that of a steel reactor, which has a powerful, aggressive ozone generator, and is carried out in a short period of time. Even though our products are a little more costly, they have a higher quality and potency, without polymerization or undesirable molecules.
In 2012, we moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico and registered ourselves as an LLC under the name Aurora O3 Skincare Science, and our company continued with a new brand of products and a new team.
